§ 27-20.3-8 - Corporation deemed public charitable institution.

SECTION 27-20.3-8

   § 27-20.3-8  Corporation deemed publiccharitable institution. – Every nonprofit prepaid service corporation is declared to be, and shall bedeemed to be, a charitable institution and shall be subject to the provisionsof chapter 6 of title 7, except as otherwise expressly provided in thischapter, and to this chapter.
