§ 27-20.3-10 Nonprofit legal servicecorporation assessment. – (a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, each domestic nonprofit legalservice corporation shall be charged an assessment to partially support theactivities of the division of insurance in the department of businessregulation.
(b) The minimum assessment charged shall be one thousanddollars ($1,000).
