§ 27-20.1-5 Examination of affairs ofcorporation. – It is the duty of the director of business regulation at least every five (5)years to make an examination of the financial condition and methods of doingbusiness of every nonprofit dental service corporation. The examination shallbe performed, and the associated costs shall be borne by the company, inaccordance with all provisions of chapter 13.1 of this title.
