§ 27-2-18 Life insurance companies'offices. – Every life insurance company doing business in this state, and whose premiumincome received from the inhabitants of this state in any one year shall exceedtwenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), shall equip and maintain an office inthis state, satisfactory to the insurance commissioner, for the transaction ofbusiness in this state.
