§ 27-2-12 Review of refusal to issue orrenew license. – A company aggrieved by the refusal of the insurance commissioner to issue orrenew a license may within ten (10) days from the date of the refusal file apetition in superior court for the county of Providence for a review of theaction, which shall be heard and determined in the same manner as is providedunder chapter 13 of this title in the case of a petition filed after therevocation or suspension of a license.
