§ 27-2-1 Compliance by foreign insurancecompanies required. – No insurance company, unless incorporated by the general assembly, shall makeany insurance on property within this state or contract for insurance with anyparty resident in this state until the insurance company shall have compliedwith the provisions of this chapter.
