§ 27-19-9 Examination of affairs ofcorporations. – It is the duty of the insurance commissioner to make an examination of thefinancial condition and methods of doing business of every nonprofit hospitalservice corporation. The examination shall be performed, and the associatedcosts borne by the company, in accordance with all of the provisions of chapter13.1 of this title.
