§ 27-18-8.1 Waiting period –Effective date of filings. – Each filing shall be on file for a waiting period of sixty (60) days before itbecomes effective. The commissioner may authorize a filing that he or she hasreviewed to become effective before the expiration of the waiting period or anyextension of the waiting period. A filing shall be deemed to meet therequirements of this chapter and become effective unless disapproved by thecommissioner within the waiting period.
