§ 27-18.2-7 Notice of free examination.– Medicare supplement policies or certificates shall have a notice prominentlyprinted on the first page of the policy or certificate or attached to itstating in substance that the applicant shall have the right to return thepolicy or certificate within thirty (30) days of its delivery and to have thepremium refunded if, after examination of the policy or certificate, theapplicant is not satisfied for any reason. Any refund made pursuant to thissection shall be paid in a timely manner directly to the applicant by theinsurer.
