§ 27-18.1-5 - Applicability.

SECTION 27-18.1-5

   § 27-18.1-5  Applicability. – In keeping with the provisions of §§ 27-19-2, 27-20-2, 27-20.1-2, and27-20.2-2, it is expressly provided that all corporations subject to chapters19, 20, 20.1, and 20.2 of this title are subject to this chapter.
