§ 27-16-2.4 Severability. – If any provision of §§ 27-16-1.1 – 27-16-2.6 or the applicationof any of these provisions to any person or circumstances is held invalid, thatinvalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the act whichcan be given effect without the invalid provision and to this end theprovisions are declared to be severable.
