§ 27-14.5-6 Rules and regulations. –The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations that may be necessaryto effectuate the purposes of this chapter no later than January 1, 2003. Thedepartment shall not accept applications under § 27-14.5-4 until the timethat these regulations have been promulgated.
