§ 27-14.4-12 Preferred ancillary claimsagainst domestic insurers. – In a delinquency proceeding against an insurer domiciled in this state, claimsowing to residents of ancillary states shall be preferred claims if like claimsare preferred under the laws of this state. All claims whether owing toresidents or nonresidents shall be given equal priority of payment from generalassets regardless of where those assets are located.
