§ 27-14.2-4 - Judicial review.

SECTION 27-14.2-4

   § 27-14.2-4  Judicial review. – Any order or decision of the director shall be subject to review in accordancewith the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, at the instanceof any party to the proceedings whose interests are substantially affected.
