§ 27-12.2-6 Review and stay of action.– During the period of supervision the insurer may contest an action taken orproposed to be taken by the supervisor specifying the manner in which theaction being complained of would not result in improving the condition of theinsurer. Denial of the insurer's request upon reconsideration entitles theinsurer to request a proceeding under the Administrative Procedures Act,chapter 35 of title 42.
