§ 27-12.2-2 Applicability. – The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all domestic insurers, includingprotected cell companies organized under the Protected Cell Companies Act,chapter 64 of this title, and any of its protected cells established under thatchapter, to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of that chapter,and any other insurer doing business in this state whose state of domicile hasasked the commissioner to apply the provisions of this chapter as regards theinsurer.
