§ 27-10-4 Veteran's license. – The commissioner shall issue a license as an insurance claim adjuster, otherthan for life and accident and health insurance, without the payment of a fee,to any honorably discharged soldier, sailor, or marine who has at any timeserved the United States in time of war, and who shall present proof that he orshe is the person who served and provides the certificate of his or herhonorable discharge.
