SECTION 27-10.1-8.1
§ 27-10.1-8.1 Notices required to bedisplayed. – A sign in boldfaced type letters at least two (2) inches high must be displayedin a conspicuous location in every drive-in claim center as defined in §27-10.1-8, reading as follows:
"PURSUANT TO RHODE ISLAND LAW, THE CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TOCHOOSE THE REPAIR FACILITY TO COMPLETE REPAIRS TO A MOTOR VEHICLE; AND ANINSURANCE COMPANY MAY NOT INTERFERE WITH THE CONSUMER'S CHOICE OF REPAIRER."
