§ 27-1-33 Exempted arbitrage transactions.– The provisions of §§ 27-1-30, 27-1-31, 27-1-32, and 27-1-34 shall notapply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions unless made incontravention of the rules and regulations that the commissioner may adopt inorder to carry out the purposes of §§ 27-1-29 – 27-1-36.
