§ 27-1-27 Severability. – If any provision of §§ 27-1-23 – 27-1-26, or the application ofthose sections to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidityshall not affect other provisions or applications of §§ 27-1-23– 27-1-26 which can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication; to this end the provisions of §§ 27-1-23 – 27-1-26are declared to be severable.
