§ 27-1-20 Temporary injunction. – The citation may also contain a temporary injunction against the corporationand all of its officers, restraining them from proceeding in any business ofthe corporation, except under the direction of the court, which injunctionunless removed shall continue until the complaint is finally disposed of.
