§ 23-7-6.1 Officers of the board. –Upon the appointment of the two (2) new members prescribed in subsection23-7-5(b), the board shall elect from among its members a chair. Thereafter,the board shall annually elect in October a chair from among the members. Theboard may elect from among its members such other officers as it deemsnecessary.
