§ 23-7-13 - Disconnection of territory from district.

SECTION 23-7-13

   § 23-7-13  Disconnection of territory fromdistrict. – Any town or city or subdivision of any city or town which lies within amosquito abatement district may be disconnected, if willing, from a districtupon the proper action by the council.
