§ 23-68-7 Penalties. – Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chaptershall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for thefirst offense and by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) foreach subsequent offense.
