§ 23-4.10-10 - Presumption of validity of durable power of attorney.

SECTION 23-4.10-10

   § 23-4.10-10  Presumption of validity ofdurable power of attorney. – A physician or health care provider or emergency medical services personnel maypresume, in the absence of actual notice to the contrary, that a durable powerof attorney complies with the requirements of this chapter and is valid.
