§ 23-3-2 - Division of vital records and statewide system.

SECTION 23-3-2

   § 23-3-2  Division of vital records andstatewide system. – There is established in the state department of health a division of vitalrecords that shall install, maintain, and operate the system of vital recordsthroughout this state.
