§ 23-28.28-12 Revocation of permit. –Any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked by the official issuing thepermit on any ground specified in this chapter as a ground for denying anapplication for the permit or for a violation of any rules and regulation ofthe state fire marshal pertaining to explosives.
