§ 23-28.22-20 - Closure of underground tanks.

SECTION 23-28.22-20

   § 23-28.22-20  Closure of undergroundtanks. – All underground tanks having contained flammable, combustible or explosivesubstances shall be closed and/or removed in accordance with the AmericanPetroleum Institute Recommended Practice – 1604, 2nd Edition, as amended.
