§ 23-28.22-12 Unobstructed observation.– The dispensing operation shall at all times be in unobstructed view of theattendant, and the placing or allowing of any obstacle to come between thedispensing operation, and the attendant, so as to obstruct the attendant'sview, is prohibited.
