§ 23-28.2-2 Qualifications of state firemarshal. – Minimum qualifications are five (5) years experience in fire prevention, fireinvestigation, or fire protection, or a degree in fire protection engineeringfrom a credited college plus three (3) years experience in fire prevention,fire investigation, or fire protection.
