§ 23-28.2-16 Fire records kept by thestate fire marshal. – The state fire marshal shall keep in his or her office a record of all firesinvestigated by his or her office and of all the facts concerning theinvestigated fires, and all reports of the investigations as the fire marshalmay cause to be made, including statistics as to the extent of the fires anddamage caused thereby, and whether the losses were covered by insurance, and,if so, in what amount. The record shall be made from the reports made to thefire marshal by his or her deputies under the provisions of this chapter.
