§ 23-28.2-13 Reports of investigations.– If upon investigation, the fire marshal believes that the evidence issufficient to charge any person with the commission of any offense, the firemarshal shall report that belief to the attorney general. The fire marshalshall make a report of the investigation and belief in writing and the reportshall be filed in the office of the state fire marshal within ten (10) daysafter the making thereof.
