§ 23-28.11-10 - Rules and regulations.

SECTION 23-28.11-10

   § 23-28.11-10  Rules and regulations.– The state fire marshal is hereby authorized and directed to promulgatereasonable rules and regulations governing the possession, sale wholesale andretail, and use of fireworks and pyrotechnics in the state.
