§ 23-27.3-123.2 Unlawful continuance.– Any person who shall continue any work in or about the job site after havingbeen served with a stop-work order, except work as he or she is directed toperform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be liable toprosecution as provided in § 23-27.3-122.0.
