§ 23-27.3-122.3 Penalties. – Every person who shall violate any provision of this code shall be punished byimprisonment in the adult correctional institution for not more than one year,or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or both, for eachviolation. Each day during which any portion of a violation continues shallconstitute a separate offense.
