§ 23-27.3-108.1.6 Administrativeprocedures. – The building official shall have the authority to formulate administrativeprocedures necessary to uniformly administer and enforce this code; provided,that the procedures do not conflict with the rules and regulations promulgatedby the committee or pursuant thereto.
