§ 23-27.3-101.1 - Exemption for ordinary repairs.

SECTION 23-27.3-101.1

   § 23-27.3-101.1  Exemption for ordinaryrepairs. – No building or structure shall be constructed, extended, repaired, removed,demolished, or altered in violation of these provisions, except for ordinaryrepairs as defined in § 23-27.3-102.0.
