§ 23-26-4 - Sterilization and tagging of second-hand articles or material.

SECTION 23-26-4

   § 23-26-4  Sterilization and tagging ofsecond-hand articles or material. – No person shall sell any article of bedding, made from old or second-handmaterial, or piece of second-hand upholstered furniture unless it shall havebeen sterilized and tagged as provided in this chapter.
