§ 23-26-3 - Sale of second-hand material as new.

SECTION 23-26-3

   § 23-26-3  Sale of second-hand material asnew. – No person shall sell, representing it to be new material, any old orsecond-hand hair, down, feathers, wool, cotton, kapok, or other material usedfor filling articles of bedding.
