§ 23-25-27 Subpoenas. – The director may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and/orproduction of books, documents, and records in the state in any hearingaffecting the authority or privilege granted by license, registration,certification, or permit issued under the provisions of this chapter.
