§ 23-25.3-6 - Regulations.

SECTION 23-25.3-6

   § 23-25.3-6  Regulations. – The provisions of this chapter shall be in compliance with the rules andregulations relating to pesticides promulgated by the department ofenvironmental management under provisions of the Rhode Island Pesticide ControlAct, chapter 25 of this title.
