§ 23-24.2-7 Penalties. – Any person who violates § 23-24.2-3 or 23-24.2-8(b) of this chapter shallbe guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more thanfive thousand dollars ($5,000) or be imprisoned not more than one year or bothin the discretion of the court; provided, that nothing in this section shalllimit other provisions of this chapter.
