§ 23-21-5 Enforcement. – It shall be the duty of the director to enforce the provisions of this chapterand the regulations adopted in accordance with this chapter and to prosecuteall persons guilty of violation of this chapter or regulations adopted inaccordance with it and/or suspend and/or revoke their licenses. In all theseprosecutions, the director shall not be required to enter into anyrecognizances or to give surety for costs.
