§ 23-21.1-5 Rules and regulations. –The department is hereby authorized and empowered to adopt and prescribe rulesand regulations and from time to time amend, change, and/or repeal such rulesand regulations and make such orders and perform such actions as are necessaryto carry out the provisions of this chapter.
