§ 23-20.9-9 - Clinical use of tobacco products.

SECTION 23-20.9-9

   § 23-20.9-9  Clinical use of tobaccoproducts. – The prohibitions of this chapter shall not apply to the use of a tobaccoproduct if used as part of a limited classroom demonstration to show the healthhazards of tobacco.
