§ 23-20.11-9 - Effect of federal regulation.

SECTION 23-20.11-9

   § 23-20.11-9  Effect of federal regulation.– This chapter shall be repealed if a federal reduced cigarette ignitionpropensity standard that preempts this chapter is adopted and becomes effective.
