SECTION 23-20.11-10
§ 23-20.11-10 Local regulation. – Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the local governmental units ofthis state may neither enact nor enforce any ordinance or other local law orregulation conflicting with, or preempted by, any provision of this act or withany policy of this state expressed by this act, whether that policy beexpressed by inclusion of a provision in the act or by exclusion of thatsubject from the act.
