§ 23-20.10-12 Governmental agencycooperation. – The state of Rhode Island and its designees shall annually request othergovernmental and educational agencies having facilities within the state toestablish local operating procedures in cooperation and compliance of thischapter. This includes urging all federal, state, municipal and school districtagencies to update their existing smoking control regulations to be consistentwith the current health findings regarding secondhand smoke.
