§ 23-19-39 - Tipping fees – Municipal rate for city or town collected condominium solid waste.

SECTION 23-19-39

   § 23-19-39  Tipping fees – Municipalrate for city or town collected condominium solid waste. – The solid waste generated by a residential condominium, when collected anddisposed of by a city or town of Rhode Island, shall be charged the sametipping fee per ton as the municipal rate.
