§ 23-19.8-2 Definitions. – As used in this chapter:
(1) "Discharge" includes, but is not limited to, leakage andseepage.
(2) "Hazardous materials" include all materials andsubstances which are now or hereafter designated as hazardous by any state orfederal law or by the regulations of any state or federal government agency.
(3) "Person" includes any individual, partnership,corporation, association, or any other entity.
